Procurement & Renewals
As an independent brokerage, we are not limited to specific carriers or service providers. We search the entire marketplace for offerings that best meet our clients' needs. We will conduct a thorough market and/or renewal analysis and present results in a clear format to ensure choice of the best value programs with certainty.
- Hold pre-renewal meeting and establish renewal objectives.
- Develop RFP and address carrier/vendor questions as they prepare their responses.
- Assist with evaluations by providing technical analysis based on objectives.
- Negotiate finalist rates and terms of coverage, including performance guarantees.
- Communicate renewal and negotiations, finalize renewal and plan changes with vendors/carriers.
- Assist with implementation of new vendor(s) by reviewing contracts, ensuring smooth transition of eligibility and benefits.
